Frequently Asked Questions |
 |
To what areas do you deliver?
We deliver island wide.
Do you cater to people's food preferences and/or allergies?
When you go on our program, our first step is to create a personal
food profile. You are required to provide accurate information about any
food preferences, allergies, and dietary considerations. You will have
choices. You can eliminate specific meat, vegetable or fruit from your
meals. Our sophisticated software program will analyse the receipe content
for the day and will segregate the likes and dislikes of our clients.
We try to target our clients wishes as closely as we can so our system
is tailored to you.
If I go out of town, how do I change my delivery dates and times?
We need a 48-hour notice to change your delivery schedule. We
will redeliver your meals when you get back or credit you for the days
you were off our program.
What if I go out for dinner?
You may skip our dinner on that evening and eat a balanced dinner
on your own. And our lunches and dinners are often interchangable.
What if I am on medication?
We suggest consulting your physician before you start this or
any other nutrition program.
How do I renew the program?
Before the end of your cycle, we will call and remind you that
your cycle is about to end.
Do I eat my meal or snack even when I am not hungry?
Yes. The program is designed to maintain energy levels and avoid
blood sugar swings, which can trigger hunger. Spacing out meals before
you become hungry helps maintain blood sugar levels.
What if I get hungry throughout the day?
You should not be hungry throughout the day as our food program
is designed to provide you with adequat food. All our programs are designed
to control hunger while stabilizing blood sugar and insulin levels. If
you are hungry after the first few days, speak to a Magic Meal Mobile
staff member who can assist you by making recommendations and adjustments.
Many vegetables, e.g., lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, are mostly
water and fiber so a large amount can be eaten before there is any impact
on your diet.
How long can I keep my food?
Food if kept in the refrigerator should be consumed within 48
hours. |
