Magic Meal Mobile (MMM) is a pioneering meal service designed to accommodate your health and lifestyle needs. Our meal service menus are based on the popular Ornish, South Beach and Zone diets, so whether your goal is weight loss or gain, disease management or health enhancement, MMM can help.

With MMM, it's all about "Personalised Convenience" - your convenience. There is no need to shop, cook or clean, and you can be assured that 3 delicious meals and 2 nutritious snacks will be delivered to your door daily before you wake. Through our exceptional attention to detail and phenomenal food, your every meal with MMM is customized to match your taste preferences, nutrition, fitness goals, and specific health concerns

At MMM, our cuisine philosophy is simple: "local, fresh, and organic wherever possible." Our ingredients are purchased from the finest purveyors in Singapore and our menus are tailored to seasonal ingredients available to us. In our kitchen, everything is made fresh from scratch, from soup stocks to condiments like ketchup.

Like our ingredients, our choice of partners is equally rigorous. We have teamed up with the best in Singapore to ensure our high standards of quality and freshness are met. We have enlisted delivery resources from Tuck Lee International - Singapore's foremost Ice Maker. Our eco-friendly and stylish food packaging is provided by Microwave Packaging - a local packaging company that has won international design accolades and most recently, the sole provider of food packaging for the Singapore Armed Forces.

The MMM Service

Through MMM's Gourmet Fresh Food Delivery Service, freshly prepared gourmet food is delivered right to your doorstep daily. Depending on your selected program - Ornish, South Beach or Zone Diet - up to 3 delicious meals and 2 balanced snacks arrive ice-packed in a lightweight cooler bag before you wake, anything from 5 to 7 days a week. With our 28-day food cycle, you'll have a pleasing variety each and every day.

And don't worry if you have to travel or just want to skip a day or two of the program. Just let us know and we'll change your delivery schedule. It's that easy.

For those who live in houses, your cooler bag is placed at your doorstep. If you live in an apartment, it is left with your security guard. And, if you do not have a guard, we will obtain a building entrance key from you and the cooler bag will be left in front of your apartment door. When you wake up in the morning you will have all of your balanced meals sitting right at your doorstep, freshly prepared by our chef, approved by nutritionists and ready for your day. At the end of the day, just leave the ice packs, food containers (we recycle!) and bags with your security guard or in front of your door for exchange for your next food delivery.

Packaging and Delivery

Our gourmet food comes in an eco-friendly paper container. These award-winning containers are FDA approved and can be frozen, microwaved, steamed and placed in conventional ovens for reheating. Soups, snacks and sauces will arrive in spill-proof plastic containers. Your entire day's food will arrive in our insulated cooler bag, stuffed with ice packs. Our lunches consist mainly of salads so you can eat them cold at work. To ensure freshness, we have enlisted the help of Tuck Lee International's fleet of refrigerated trucks for our meal delivery.

Re-heating

Re-heating is simple with Microwave Packaging's eco-friendly containers. Just microwave your meal for 1 min on high. Open and eat - it's as simple as that.

Cancellation or changes requires 2 days in advance notice before 6pm. Charges will occur for last minute cancellations.
There will be a delivery charge of $5.00 for amounts below $22.00.
There will be a $40.00 charge for loss of bags and ice packs.

Choices

You can choose between the popular Ornish, South Beach or Zone programs.
Your choice of meal service for 5, 6 or 7 days per week.
Any combination of our 5 meal provision (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 snacks)

Based on your goals and lifestyle, we will help you decide which of our programs you should join.
Once you have decided on your desired program, our representatives will conduct a consultation over the telephone with you. We need to ascertain some basic information so that we can determine how much food to prepare for you as well as your likes and dislikes.

If you are joining MMM for medical reasons, please consult your doctor or a certified nutritionist before beginning your program.

You may start MMM's Gourmet Meal Delivery Service within 2 days of signing up.

Caution:
As with any new diet, if you have any illness, are pregnant, or have questions or concerns, consult your physician prior to starting. Specific to the diet, if you have kidney problems, or have diabetes that might have impaired your kidney function, talk to your physician before starting this diet.
